Positive: It was an unforgettable holiday in a wonderful place and Andreas is one of the nicest people! The location of the villa gives pleasant privacy. Large well-kept area, excellent swimming pool which was cleaned every second day. Working air conditioners in every room and enough bathrooms for a large group. A pleasant surprise was the presence of some products in the fridge.

Negative: Minor notes such as one of the lamps above the dining table did not work, the knives needed sharpening, there was a washing machine but no washing detergent. My wishes to the owners are to gradually replace small household appliances, since most of them are already outdated and do not function as they should.

Positive: The privacy of the villa was ideal. The space and pool were excellent. Walking distance to sea front and a few bars/restaurants. Bus stop not far if didn't want to drive to Kato Paphos. The owner was friendly, available/contactable and helpful. Amenities pack on arrival was nice touch. WiFi worked great. Air conditioning in every room was a god send in the heat.

Negative: Some of the furniture was very old, like the older set of chairs by the pool were coming apart, not enough sunbeds really for the amount of guests it can sleep and some of the beds springs can be felt. The other thing is the downstairs bedroom does not have blackout blinds like the upstairs, so it was a rather early rude awakening with the light streaming in. It just needs a refresh and attention to some details. But really minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One major issue was the ants but we addressed this with the owner and he provided an adequate solution in a timely manner.

Positive: Great position near to bars and tavernas and close to a bus stop with a cheap bus to get to all attractions. Loved the pool for a cool down and the rooms were all spacious and well equipped. Showers powerful (you need to press a switch beforehand to get the best pressure) and lots of helpful and kind groceries to get us started as we arrived late Saturday (bread, milk, cheese, bacon, eggs, fruit) which we were very grateful for. Pool serviced every other day and we were met on arrival (even though it was almost 11pm) so we were told how to use everything. Wonderful stay- thank you!

Negative: If you didn’t remember to press the shower switch you had to wait 10 to 15 mins but you’re on holiday so no worries! The oven door was a little loose but we got the hang of it and didn’t mention it while we were there.

Positive: Very spacious. Great kitchen, living and outside space. All four bedrooms were of a good size. Nice pool. Really liked the private parking. Three bathrooms, again all good size, were a bonus. Excellent location in close proximity (driving) to major historic sites, Pafos Harbour and lots of restaurants in all directions. Host was very responsive and helpful with any issue we had.

Negative: Ideally could have done with more blankets for the beds. Property was very difficult to find when we arrived late at night. Would be easily remedied with references to Dempro Real Estate opposite entrance and/or indication of the restaurant, pottery and car rental businesses on either side of the driveway. 🙂

Positive: location was good for us as we new the area, views are unreal from balcony especially at night, we used car hire at bottom of drive. also bus stop is 2 mins walk, the bars next to villas are really nice especially barracas bar. new horizon pub do really nice food aswell both 2 mins walk from villas.

Negative: beds in master and downstairs double rooms need looking at i like a firm mattress but they are next level firm. also there is no satalite tv or hot tub which is are on the descruption for booking.com it doesnt really need them but not having them after saying it does, isnt a great look
